Cooking with MJLphoto: stuffed shells

OK, so I technically didn't cook -- or even help cook -- this dish. I did, however, eat it... and let me tell you, it was delicious.  Artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and a bit of thyme made Friday night's dinner an instant favorite (and, being sans meat, perfect for Lent).
