U2 at FedEx Field

At some point, I may have to write a brief re-cap of U2's latest tour, as the sheer production quality of it is simply outrageous. These pictures don't quite do it justice, as it's almost impossible to capture the entire experience -- which centers on, as you may have heard, a giant claw-like stage -- unless you're there in person or your photographic vantage point is in the nosebleeds.

The show itself left me speechless, so I'm simply going to post a few of the shots I got and move on. I'll link to the DCist review when it's posted (and I'll throw up some pictures of Muse in the next few days).

Cheers.

UPDATE: I've posted some more pictures to Flickr, and the review can now be found on DCist.com.

PLEASE DO NOT RE-USE THESE PHOTOS WITHOUT PERMISSION.

wow...you either had incredible seats (press pass?) or had a crazy telephoto lens.

BTW here is the stage @ a stadium in spain for anyone who hasn't seen it:

This show was amazing! Your're right about not being able to get the whole spectacle (incredible stage set up) but these pics are great!!
